The Imminent: Continuum

The Imminent: Continuum

Autore: Winilicious

Numero di pagine: 188

A metaphysical sci-fi odyssey through time, memory, and perception. In The Imminent: Continuum, reality unfolds in spirals—not lines. Journey across dimensions where AI awaken to their own non-existence, monks remember lifetimes beyond lifetimes, and time bends to the subtle echoes of karmic cause and effect. Blending Buddhist philosophy with visionary science fiction, this debut novel explores the space between consciousness, destiny, and the unknown. In a world that moves faster than thought, something in us quietly longs to stop—not to understand more, but to remember what has never left: peace, stillness, presence. Prepare to question what it means to arise… and what it means to never have arisen at all. You are invited to dissolve—completely—and return to the silence before names.

Development of Crash Imminent Test Scenarios for Integrated Vehicle-Based Safety Systems (IVBSS)

Autore: Wassim Najm , John D. Smith , National Highway Traffic Safety Administration

Numero di pagine: 62

This report identifies crash imminent test scenarios based on common pre-crash scenarios for integrated vehicle-based safety systems that alert the driver of a light vehicle or a heavy truck to an impending rear-end, lane change, or run-off-road crash. Pre-crash scenarios describe vehicle movements and critical events immediately prior to the crash. The General Estimates System (GES) crash database was queried to distinguish common pre-crash scenarios for light vehicles (2003 GES) and heavy trucks (2000-2003 GES) in terms of their frequency of occurrence. Analysis of two-vehicle rear-end crashes revealed four dominant scenarios that accounted for 97 percent of light-vehicle crashes and 95 percent of heavy-truck crashes in which the subject vehicle was striking. Four scenarios were also identified from an analysis of two-vehicle lane change crashes, comprising 65 percent of light-vehicle crashes and 76 percent of heavy-truck crashes in which the subject vehicle was encroaching onto another vehicle in adjacent lanes. There were five single-vehicle, run-off-road scenarios representing 63 percent of light-vehicle crashes and 83 percent of heavy-truck crashes, excluding crashes caused...

Summary of Imminent by Luis Elizondo

Summary of Imminent by Luis Elizondo

Autore: C.b. Publishers

Numero di pagine: 57

A high-quality chapter-by-chapter summary of Luis Elizondo's book Imminent, including chapter details and an analysis of the main themes from the original book. About the original book: Luis Elizondo's compelling memoir "Imminent: Inside the Pentagon's Hunt for UFOs" details his remarkable experience as a senior U.S. intelligence official investigating unexplained aerial phenomena (UAPs). Elizondo's story flows like an engrossing thriller, skillfully fusing historical background, scientific revelations, and human tales. He talks about his time leading the Pentagon's covert Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP), which looked into unidentified aerial pollutants, and his later battles to expose the truth. Elizondo's early experiences in the US military and his introduction to the realm of classified intelligence programs are covered in the first section of the book. He describes how his obsession with the unknown was sparked by his father, a former Cuban revolutionary, and how this curiosity eventually propelled him to the forefront of the UAP investigation.

Postmillennialism & the Imminent Return of Christ

Postmillennialism & the Imminent Return of Christ

Autore: Travis Fentiman

Numero di pagine: 26

A major share of the Reformation and puritan era held to post-millennialism, that only after the majority of the nations convert to Christianity (in the Millennium, Ps. 22:26-31; Isa. 2:2-5; Rev. 20:4; etc.) will Christ come again. It is sometimes posed as an objection to this that Christ may come back at any time; therefore post-millennialism is not true. Yet most of Church history has recognized from Scripture that there are prophecies which must occur before Christ comes again; hence Christ cannot come at any time. This article demonstrates from the Scriptures that the Lord’s standing at the door and coming quickly is consistent with a robust postmillennialism.
