The Cabri software package, with its dynamic aspects, provides a very effective way to visualize, gain intuition, and understand in a simple and meaningful way many mathematical properties. It is an extremely useful tool both in the process of teaching and learning geometry. The Google Vivi Down saga is a perfect starting point to elaborate on the increasingly more complex relationship between the rapid changes in the technological scenario at the heart of the digital dimension, on one hand, and the much less dynamic relevant legislative framework, on the other hand. It is an emblematic case study of the issues related to the balance between the fundamental rights inherent in internet use, and of the hard (if not sometimes tragic) choices that the courts must make when the margins of the game move from the atoms to the bits. This book is divided into two parts. The first focuses on the Google Vivi Down case and provides a critical analysis of the arguments of the parties and of the decisions of the First Instance Court (Tribunale di Milano) and of the Appeals Court (Corte d'Appello di Milano). Questo libro si propone di fare luce su un momento di fondamentale trasformazione per l’immagine del Sud statunitense utilizzando come fonte il materiale pubblicitario (brochure, opuscoli, pubblicità, spot) prodotto dagli uffici del turismo di quattro stati (Alabama, Mississippi, Georgia, Carolina del Sud) tra il 1976 e il 1981. L’analisi parte dalla constatazione che durante gli anni Settanta, e soprattutto nella seconda metà del decennio, si sia reso visibile un profondo rimodellamento dell'immagine turistica del Sud, un cambiamento che ha accompagnato e perfino anticipato trasformazioni altrettanto importanti nella cultura e nella società meridionale in generale.
